General terms and conditions
Rent
Rental is VAT-exempt and includes final cleaning and weekly change of
bed-linen,
as well as electricity, gas, central heating and water.
The tariff varies according to the length of stay and number of people in the party.
The
minimum stay is 2 days, rising to 3 or 4 days in high season.
A cash deposit of between €200 and €300 according to the length of stay, is payable and returnable at the end of the let.
On booking a deposit of 25% of total
rental should be sent to the account specified in the confirmation by bank
transfer.
The balance
should be paid in cash on arrival or at least seven days prior to arrival by bank transfer.
The keys will be delivered and collected by the owners.
Arrivals may be on any day of the week.
The appartment is usually accessible from 3 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated on departure by 11 am. Where possible, these times can be varied to suit you.
